I'm having trouble connecting my Premium feed to Spotify. What should I do?

If Spotify displays the message "This link is not valid anymore" or you're having connection issues:

  1. On all devices you use with Supercast, go to play.spotify.com and log out of Spotify by clicking on your profile image in the upper right
  2. After logging out of all devices, disconnect your Spotify account from Supercast
  3. Try reconnecting your premium feed to Spotify through your Supercast dashboard

If you're still experiencing issues, make sure you're only logged into one Spotify account across all your devices. Multiple Spotify accounts can cause connection problems.
