How do I update or change my credit card?
You can easily update your payment card from your account dashboard by following these steps:
- Navigate to www.supercast.com and click Log In
- Upon reaching the login page, input the email you used during sign-up along with your password. If this is your first time logging in or if you have forgotten your password, click on 'Forgot Password?' A reset link will then be sent to your email.
- After logging in, navigate to your Subscription section.
- Locate Payment Card in the menu bar located at the top left of the page. Click on it to update your existing credit card, switch to a new one, or remove a card from your account.
Once you have updated your card, if there are any outstanding invoices, our system will automatically retry payment. If the payment is successful, you will regain access to your feed.
In the event there are no outstanding invoices, your card will only be charged when your next payment is due.
